I have been married for 11 years. We have a 7 year old daughter. About 2 years ago I suspected that maybe my wife was cheating on me.

A neighbor had told me that when I would be out of town that he had seen a guy come over late at night but he wasnt positive. He described the car as similiar to one driven by a former co-worker of my wifes.

So 3 months ago I come home from a weekend trip and go to use my bathroom and there is a very dark, rigid hair on my toilet seat. It was definetly not one of my hairs or my wifes hairs.

The guy I suspect her of seeing has a dark beard.

I decided to send the hair out to a lab and then some how get a sample of his DNA to compare them.

Well, I sent the hair out and the lab just came back with some interesting results.

The hair is a cat wisker.

    Ooops.

You should check the bed with a black light then swab and send in samples to the lab. I hope it doesn't come back as cat DNA

Better than the results I would have received had I done tests when the exwife was in the picture. No need for tests in my situation.

A simple taste test would be much cheaper.

I was thinking about a hidden video camera, like one of the motion sensor ones and I would put it outside because my wife would never see it and if the dude came over it would catch him.

Sounds like a plan...and never, never ever never reveal the DNA test or the camera to her if your suspicions are proven unfounded. Right there would be bye bye marriage.

i dont really think that, everyone has the right to have their suspicions.

OP, dont even bring it up to her unless you have rock solid evidence. remember, deny deny deny. thats all she will do untill you have rock solid proof.

I thought the story was going to end that the strand of hair you found belonged to a brother, uncle or the neighbor who snitched.
