With that said, the activists shouldn't have been following him like idiots, especially after they got his tags. Shouldn't have stopped in the middle of the street to confront him or endangered others with reckless driving.

I dont see why he pulled the gun. The old guy claimed he was hit but unless it happened in the split second the camera was pushed out of the way i find it unlikely...

Everyone in that video took thing's way to far. SHARK people shouldn't have been following the guy that pulled the gun, whom will be referred as the hunter. The hunter shouldn't have gotten out the car, been driving like a jackass, or pulled the gun. We have peace officers for a reason, simply call 911 tell them your location and let the police deal with them. That is coming from a first person point of view as I have been followed myself and while it is a horrible feeling a call to 911, a brightly lit city, and some common sense staying calm in a bad situation goes a long way.

 

I've always been told that you shouldn't pull your gun unless you intend to kill.
