Awesome new band, Sunset Riot

My brother-in-law who is in radio volunteered my house to this band last weekend(both early 20's daughters have recently moved out so I have room). They were here in the Tulsa area for the Rocklahoma Festival this year. I wasn't excited about it at first but these kids are awesome and their stage show really impressed me as well. Although they apparently are allergic to going to bed before 5am, they were perfect houseguests and very appreciative.

They are in the states from Sydney, Australia. You should check them out and tell your friends. As of yet they have no Manager or record label backing of any sort.

I have the 2 newer ones but I've heard all of their stuff live. All great songs and an excellent, excellent show. They also have alot of stuff on youtube.

They are back in Australia as of a week or so ago but they'll be back next summer again. They are, of course, hoping to get into bigger venues the next time around. Highlights from this years tour were the Rocklahoma festival and ending their run in L.A. at the Whiskey.
