    Got to page 10 and stopped reading.

    OP it sucks, but it's a part of buying used. But I don't fault the seller at all. It truly seems like he had no idea and he has even offered to do the right thing when he has the means to do so (something he is not obligated to do, yet he's standing up)

    I suggest you just sell the remaining 3 intact tires (I suggest not on TW :eek: ) and try to recoup as much as your money as possible.

    Walk away and let bygones be bygones.
