Fake imo. I watched Operation Repo a few times and quickly realized they would pick the absolute worst time to do a repo. In stead of waiting until nobody is around they do just the opposite to make the show interesting.

They film Cajun Pawn Stars in my town. It is so f*n fake! I know several of the people that have been on the show and from what one of them told me, they give them the item to be pawned and then they go inside and deal with the pawn shop people. Hell, theres not even any Cajuns that far north in louisiana!!

Yeah I have not figured out why they do the repo's when they do, a million years ago when I was younger I did towing part time. We did some bank repo's it was two drivers if it was bank repo we got a key cut from the dealer who sold it if it was new. We went in between 2 and 5 am, if we had to hook it we had a hyrdaulic truck with what was called then a " Cradle Snatcher" . The truck was quiet as a regualr car the only other repos we did where IRS repo's and we had a sheriff with us but still did them between 2 and 5 am. Even the regular bank repo's we would notifiy the local pd's we where we were going to do them and if they had a car they would hang around at the other end of the street. Though, this was in the Boston, MA area so lol perhaps they felt it was better to have a car there then have to do the paperwork for two DB's found under a tow truck LOL.

Hunterb, you got me intrigued with that picture... o_O

But imo, the show is entertaining. As is Moonshiners.. I believe its mostly fake. But maybe they do alot of repos, and then they just pick out the best ones? (Ones with most action)

How about we make a thread with all the real tv shows out there. It would have 2 posts. Deadliest catch and ice road truckers. Everything on tv is staged these days to make good entertainment.
