the drive through window is for customers in vehicles... the storefront is for customers not in vehicles... regardless of "size", it is lazy and rather aggregious for one to go between a vehicle and a wall to get to the window... a lot of people do not like "pedestrians" to come up alongside a vehicle at a stop, ...and for good reason...

If she had a problem with that I'd simply point out that just because she's heavy enough to set off the car scale at the drive through doesn't mean she can walk it.
