Yeah saw this live...Shepard was freaking out almost as much as I was.

They went straight to commercial, and came back to apologize saying it was supposed to be delayed footage.

sheriff Joe Arpaio found a good use for there mind control implants that every person since 2002 has gotten before they get released from Jail... It save the department money on ammo, and lawsuits from shooting victim family's!

A FOX News anchorman apologised after the network showed - in real time - a carjacking suspect in Arizona shooting himself in the head after a high speed chase. The unidentified man was clearly seen from a news helicopter putting a handgun to his temple and falling down shortly after abandoning a red Dodge Caliber on a desert road outside Phoenix.
"We really messed up and we're sorry," said anchorman Shepherd Smith, who told viewers that the live feed - with a five-second delay - ought to have been cut off to keep the graphic scene off the air.
"That won't happen again on my watch," added Smith, even as the video almost immediately went viral on social media websites.
It was not immediately known if the suspect was dead.
The Fox 10 affiliate TV station in Phoenix said police had pursued the suspected carjacker at high speed for more than an hour, first on Interstate 10, then on dusty back roads around the town of Salome, west of Phoenix.
"The suspect pulled over on one of the roads and ran a little ways away from the vehicle before shooting himself," it said on its website (www.myfoxphoenix.com). It also said the suspect had fired gun shots at police in the early stages of the incident.
