    Awesome Chris, I had some issues with my HOA because I was doing " unapproved landscaping". A little walk around the neighborhood with the HOA president solved that problem. I simply pointed out numerous violations that had not been addressed and informed them I would happy to get my landscaping approved through the HOA as soon as they addressed the numerous other violations that happened prior to me starting my landscaping. They HOA decided they liked my landscaping and I have not heard from them since.

    well i'm conflicted. part of me is glad things are being resolved, but deep down i had hoped for a classic showdown. sort of a "Home Alone" style of combat with the HOA trying to storm Chris's house and him stopping them with all his home made defenses
