    It is Ham cured in water, salt, brown sugar, Sodium Nitrate, and Seasoning (Mustard Flour, Spices, and Turmeric)! It was reeeeaaalllyyyy good. There was a yellow film on top of the HAM. I hope that wasn't botulism.

    I've got a terrible after taste. And I've got heartburn...that probably wasn't a good idea. $1.98 a can and I thought it'd be good for this freak'n excercise...I guess not.
