Ode to ray
The man of the Dew
We knew him as ghost
But he was born as Taco of the Beef
Who died by the Heretic's queef

sadly thy ashes be scattered at the behest of the wind now
Is this the way the world ends?
Not with a bang, but with a whimper?
let us remember him justly

over the windows, you still believe someone outside
can see you. And one day five summers ago,
when you couldn’t put gas in your car, when your fridge
was so empty—not even leftovers or condiments—
there was a single twenty-ounce bottle of Mountain Dew,
which you paid for with your last damn dime
