Congress like Jury Duty.....!!

Maybe the best idea ever!!

This is slightly different than that, but you get the idea.

Somewhere along the line these positions in government turned into long term and I think in order for us to make a change, we need to drastically cut the conditions of serving as congressman, senator, mayor, etc.. Similar to Tim Allen's quote, (not as drastic) but maximum a year, below average pay, minimal benefits, etc.. For those willing to go through that would really want to make a difference!

And for God sakes, we need to eliminate campaign contributions!! Talk about the most corupted idea out there. How can you fight for the people when the company that just gave you a few million dollars wants their best interests taken care of!
