Alright guys, SCS is looking to add another wheel finish to the lineup for spring. We've gotten a lot of request for silver so we're going to make it happen for you guys. We've been debating back and forth between gloss silver and matte silver.

We can't decide one way or another so this is where your valuable opinion comes in. We always like to get the community involved so here is your chance to give us your input. Please vote if you have a second and if you like neither, let us know what you would rather prefer. Just don't ask for chrome:anonymous:.

I personally think Matte silver would look pretty good, then again, im not into the shiny colors so take that for what it's worth. :)

Also would like a 17" wheel with 4" backspacing but I think I'm asking too much.

I've always been a big fan of brushed alloy. Not chrome, not shiny....metallic silver but dull. There aren't many options out there for it, and I find that to be a shame.

But then, go with what people are lining up to buy ;)

Stealth 6s are 4.3 BS. I'd say just run them with a 1/4" spacer.

Of the choices, matte silver. Do you have an idea of the shade of silver? I really like gun metal, but I think sometimes when I see your guys' I think they're too dark. Will still probably be my wheel choice though.

it was said above, but if you are going this color I like that brushed aluminum look like the old MT classic IIs... I voted neither - just don't like silver rims... that's why I bought black! If it is a choice between the two, matte all day long...

Definitely matte. Lighter version of the gunmetal. Love the finish on my matte bronze f5's. I don't think silver would be a color I would ever purchase but if your going to make it definitely go matte.

Also.. Any plans for a third wheel to be produced in the near future or any other cool stuff? SCS brand hub centric/lug centric wheel spacers would be cool.

The Stealth 6 is 4.30". That's pretty close;).

I just PMed a mod. I want to add machined silver to the poll. This will have a gloss finish to it and it can't be powder coated. The type of finish requires clear coat paint. The thing that I don't like about paint, especially clear coat paint, is that it tends to start cracking/flaking over time. I've this a lot on high-end custom wheels as well as cast wheels.

Our matte gunmetal is pretty dark. The silver that we're thinking of adding will be somewhat closer to what you would see on OEM wheels so it's going to be light.

A third model is in the works and the design process is about 80% done. I'm still tweaking things around to achieve the look that we're after. Our goal is to have it available by the end of this year.

As far as other products, small SCS accessories will be available in the near future, but our main objective is to provide you guys with modern and clean looking wheel designs.
