    In short, The owners left the dog with the former owner for a day... The former owner repeatedly punched the dog in the face before beating the dog with a metal pole (bending the pole)... Drags the dog inside, Grabbed the dog by his mouth and he bites her not piercing the skin... So she's suing the current owner and the judge ordered the dog to be put down despite behavioral evaluations saying it's the sweetest dog the vet and "professional" trainer has ever seen.
