    Yipe! Was it a Brown Recluse? These particular tarantula bites are mosquito bites compared to that shit. One of the few benefits of living in the People's Republic of Chicago - we don't have those spiders up here.

    But out of consideration, I will stop posting pics of my spider-oriented drinking sessions.

    EDIT: I just saw you were from AZ. Probably not the BR then...

    Fortunately, the Brown Recluse does not live outside of the southeast.
    There are related spiders that live in the Mojave and Sonora deserts, but they are not as toxic as the BR.

    But the Brown Widow is taking over the BW's territory in many areas of SoCal.
    "Stickerball" cocoons, rather than the smooth sack.
