need video conversion help asap

so i just posted this in technology but that section is always DEAD so im just gonna post it here instead and hope i get tons of replies

so i have to have this video done by tomorrow and im having trouble converting it.

im recording it on my phone and the phones format is 3gp so i transfered the video to my laptop via usb and i downloaded "pazera 3gp to avi" so that way i can play it on my laptop and edit etc but after i convert it only the voice plays not the video its like its not even there. is there some settings i should be looking for or what

With 3gp you should be able to convert with quicktime but may need pro also you can try vlc media player. Hope one of those works for you.

 

i just downloaded another software and now the video converted but the audio didnt wtf

 

downloaded 'aura video editor' which allows me to play my 3gp vids without having to convert and allows me to edit them but idk how to use this thing does anyone know. it made my video sideways and i dont know how to rotate it normal in this program any help lol
