The cab appears to be mid 70's==Looks like a combination of two autos-or foreign.
Very similar cab to the 76 land cruiser.

Wow Monster Coma! Good find!! I think that's the exact same truck I posted! !! One of my friends posted it on Facebook and I thought it's was cool!!! I didn't know the year but I knew someone here would!!!! lol!
