    it probably would not hold up to paint s well. the paint gets scratched/rubbed off on the fender flairs pretty easy. also IMO their is a slight difference in the shade of paint on the plastic flairs and the metal.

    I can tell the beds don't bend they crack and rip, Guy I worked for put a pallet of metal in my bed and tried to straighten the pallet out by push a little Harder and it put a gash in my fender well
