Hate macs because they have this same hacked up software. Why is Microsoft trying to turn into apple?! Arg

 

Figured it out finally.

 

Macs are super simple, i wouldn't trade mine for anything.

 

My vista laptop is more slow than a slug in a cup of salty sand.

 

My brain must be wired differently, they drive me nuts trying to figure them out

 

Drag and drop. For EVERYTHING.

No right clicking for a menu like PC's.

And well...nobody came to the trail today. I don't know what's up lately.

But there was a big car show by my house, so I at least have some footage for a test video.

Huh. Macs to me are the most intuitive computers by far. Never going back to windows since I made the switch in 2010...

 

I'm with Lauren. I've only used Macs a handful of times; every time I use a Mac I'm like WTF am I doing? I've been a PC guy since they used the 5.25" floppy discs. Our first home computer was a Tandy that connected to a dot matrix printer.

One thing that really bugs me is it has a black screen around 25 seconds. I have no idea where that came from because it doesn't show up in my actual edit, only on the youtube upload Also sorry for the shakiness...I mounted my gopro on the end of a ski pole haha so it was a little top heavy.

And I found the cause of a rattle in my truck. The bracket that's just behind the cat that holds the muffler on completely rusted through and broke off at the bolts. Only thing holding it up is the rubber things. And my transmission looks like it has a leak that will need to be addressed.

Here you go, Lauren. This is what I built minus what I circled. It works really well. If you glue the whole thing well enough and cap the ends it will float, too.

the "12+ miles" course was actually 15.4 miles, and it was fucking brutal
5 or 6 of the 15.4 were hills, a mile and a half or so was through a creek, and all of it was through canopied mudland

the 8 miler the next day was cake compared to it

finished, but mightve broken my foot in the process lol

 

I dont even know what my dismal times are, just wanted to finish lol

the super was actually really fun. I almost passed out on the Beast


luckily, there was low-hanging fruit I was familiar with

only finished the race because I ate a shit ton of them hahaha
