What's your work truck

And what do you think about it?

I'm rolling in an 09 F250 superduty reg cab long bed 2wd. Minus the mechanical windows the truck is far better then I have expected from a Ford. Just feels solid going down the road. Much more solid then my 96 C1500.

2008 F-350 single wheel. 6.4l soon to be roided out once the h&s mini max gets here and the dpf goes in the dumpster. Manual windows kinda sucks, but this one is a manual which is rare. Bought it a few months ago with 21,000 miles on it...

Nice Z, but you should spend a little bit of money on watering your grass. They look like they are starving for some water.

yup. I roll in a Tacoma all day.

the one on the right is my personal truck, the left is the work truck. 2007 TRD OR
you gotta have a 4x4 in the strip pit at a coal mine.
occasionally i roll in the Ford beside the Tacoma, but the taco is my first choice naturally
you can see my GPS rover unit leaning on the side of the truck.

My tacoma gets abused daily for work duties as a contractor

Looking for a work truck at the moment so I can retire the tacoma for work duties, will hopefully have a diesel in the next few weeks.

1967 F250 "High boy" personal work truck, it plows and does just about everything else.

It gets all the hard jobs done, I really like the old girl. Been lots of work but it was worth it, dropped a fairly fresh 390 in it out of another truck this summer so it should last many years. In wonderful shape for it's age, also added power steering and power brakes from a 76 on it, they origionally didn't come with power steering and are a manhandle to drive, couldn't imagine having a blade over the axle to add to that, so put a power steering box off a newer truck on it. Stops way better than it did before with power brakes as well. Now just hoping we get some good heavy snow sometime, I wanna see how it plows for real, haven't gotten nothing to write home about as far as snow goes this year.

Currently a 2007 E350 with the "Magnificent" 6.0L Diesel.

Also rocked a 2007-2012 Dodge 3500 with both the 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins. And a 2012 Ford F350 with both the 6.7 Scorpion and the 6.2L gasser.

Ebrake cable on the Dodges comes undone just by looking at it too hard and the chrome on the inside of the Ford is enough to blind God if the sun is just right. Other than that, no issues. Dodges were tough as anvils. Fords were solid. Cept for the Rancho suspension. Blew those things out like pop rocks in 2 weeks max.
