I feel for you guys on taxes but I live in Washington state, we have some of the highest gas taxes in the nation and our roads suck plus it seems like we get taxed up the ass every time we turn around, they even make you buy permits to park in some dirt parking lot to go hiking, of course the fees don't pay for patrols other then to write tickets for not having a sticker to park so you come back and find your truck broken into by some asswipe.
The voters said no more unless we get to vote on it so the Politicians now call them fees

Shit the newest scheme I just saw on the news tonight that one of the State Reps just came up with is a 19% tax on Porn

 

I willl still pay the porn tax with a smile haha

 

for 2 classes at devry it cost me 4500. and i need like 20 classes.

 

man i love cali grew up there for 20 years. dont think i could ever move back though. i would probably move to a surrounding state so i can visit cali any time i wanted lol

I'm sorry for you guys in Cali. They take your money then don't give it back, then raise all your taxes. But it looks like the rest of America gets to bailout your state anyway. My best friend is outta there now. Moved for mainly that reason. He got a house twice as big for half the money in Utah with a good job to boot.

 

If California did spend 10.5 billion annually on ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!

 

well, hopefully I'll be out of this state soon. They should take it easy on everyone during these times. The car tax is my biggest beef along with gas.

 

Fuck! I hope this is just a big ass rumor because being in the market to buy a truck with taxes that are already high as shit, this makes me want to wait for the economy to suck more so the rebates are even higher to cover these asinine new taxes.

Although the state itself is rather nice to live in. Especially the East Bay Area.

 

I lived in cali all my life but moved 5 years ago I move to NC. It's not to bad, I still miss home in SD.

 

That car tax sounds like something out of Obama's "Steal-from-Us" Package. Well if you can afford to buy a new car you can afford to pay higher taxes. Sorry its hard to type the way he talks.

Pretty much california is drowning in its own greed by the politicians. Im sure they will get a pay raise with the tax increase. I don't doubt that. Their "COST OF LIVING EXPENSE". We don't get one. Maybe I should send them an IOU on my next paycheck. lol.
