Lots of folks with this same "everyone wins" attitude are now middle managers and setting policy or are being given voice when they complain about injustice...Makes the slide towards "Everyone is a winner" that much more pronounced.

Thanks Mark. The generation of my grand parents, grew up in the Great Depression, fought the Nazis in WWII, built freeway overpasses and built his own house. He understood what going hungry and having nothing is. I read a book on folks that stayed behind in the Dust Bowl, too poor to leave, talk about tough folks. If you grew up on a farm, if you don't work, you don't eat. I pounded it into my kid's head, nobody is gonna hand you shit, if you want it, you're gonna have to get it yourself.
