    So my partner decided to pull over a suspicious vehicle just now, we hit the lights and she keeps driving slowly, so we buzz the air horn, still no stop. Hit the siren, still no stop. Finally after a minute of following her at 2mph, she stops. Partner takes primary on the contact and tells her WTF you can't hear the dam siren!? You don't know what lights mean!? Lady starts pointing and grabs a paper and writes down that she is deaf. Now my partner feels like a major asshole! Hahaha what a jerk move lol
