Need help with asking price for trailer

I'm thinking about selling my 2007 Carry on 6'x10' open utility trailer with the 1' sides and split rear gate. It has the 3,000 lb axles, pressure treated wood floor 15" wheels. I think the tires are 205/xx/15. I have a spare tire and rim but leaks air, but extra wheel is good. Also has jack(forgot the correct name).

I've been seeing on craigslist anywhere from $700 for home made trailers that looked old on up. If I remember right, I think I paid $1,050 or $1,100 when I bought it new. I've been the only owner and has a clean title. I need a little help with the asking price before I tell people about it or put an ad on Craigslist. I think the exact trailer new is somewhere around $1300-$1400 so I don't know how much a trailer really depreciates.

Put up a price that is 10-15% less then new for pisting purposes. Go from there during the negociation process.

 

So, a good asking price would be somewhere between $900-$1,000?
