From what it sounds like you are saying - You aren't very pleasant working with her, so why would she go out of her way to cut you a break or talk with you about it??
She is obviously within her legal limits to recommend a license suspension/cancellation and it was approved by the state. In good taste or w/ your best interests in mind-Maybe, maybe not.

I didnt have a chance to go in there with an open attitude and be cooperative. I felt i didnt need Drug rehab or whatever she offered, I just wanted to go on with my new life and enjoy it. I havent had any kind of narcotic for almost a month.

So please STOP with the assumption that im this horrible patient. I listen to my doctors i respect them and i respect my new life. I shouldnt have to lose my license because some RN has a vendetta against me. Why would she wait almost two months after the seizure to cancel my license?!?! So i can drive for almost a month and then all the sudden after talking to her, I get my license revoked...

I'd be impressed if ANYTHING gets done that quick at any DMV in the country

It was likely submitted very shortly after the seizure as a precaution and has little to do with the nurse having a vendetta, however I'm sure the attitude is not going to help things

The nurse sounds like she'd be the person to be able to fix the problem
telling her off AGAIN is NOT going to fix the problem

I'd suggest ASKING her what the deal is, why, and how can you get it taken care of because you need to drive.

The letter says "on July 17th a physician has decided you are physically not able to drive"

You must get a physican to clear you with a medical document and if you are cleared you must pay a reinstatement fee and also retake the driving tests.

So i have to fucking pay and retake my tests because of her... Epic.

Can we get the name of the nurse so we can commend her for keeping the community roads safer and ask that she get a raise.

could it be that despite the people that claim not to like the OP, he so happens to drive a tacoma and still feels a sense of community over here? Furthermore its in the off topic section.

Really? Tell me how you would feel if someone who gave you life and a second chance at it, A nurse says you disrespected them and you didnt deserve it... It may not get to you but when you actually sit in my shoes... It fucking stings and it really hurts so i told her to get out. Im not going to accept such shitty comments like that. Nurse, Doctor, Whatever!

If a nurse was disrespectful to you, as a patient, then she/he has a boss. You should have nicely asked to see her supervisor.
