2006 DCSB 4x4, dad passed it down to me after driving it for 6 years. I don't really mind, it's a good truck.
There's no way I would go to school full time and have a job just to make payments on a truck, I'd rather ride the bus.

1st Toyota truck @18: 1993 2wd Prerunner, still in the family and fun to drive

29 male, have a DCSB TRD Sport 4WD on order.

There was a JD Power survey a little bit ago, I think it said avg age of Tacoma buyers was 50-60, quite a bit older than represented here on the forum, which is somewhat expected I suppose. But good to see some young blood in the Tacoma's!

23 year old dude, just bought a 2012 MGM TRD sport with the six speed. First new truck and only the second vehicle I've ever owned. Last vehicle was a 1994 ford ranger 2wd with the 3.slow. Had 268,000 miles on it. To say I upgraded is an understatement. That ranger used to get stuck if I even pointed it in the direction of dirt.

22 years old male ..bought my 2012 double cab long bed trd sport prerunner last September . Has about 10500 miles now. Love it. Just put wheels and tires this week. Previous cars were 2000 ford focus I got for 500 and ran for 4 years..and 09 corolla I had. Dad needed a new car and just finished a bankruptcy so I let him take over payments on the corolla and I was able to buy my truck.

33, male, 2012 Tacoma DCSB TRDOR 4x4, V6, auto. Bought it brand new about 3 weeks ago after growing tired of my previous two Z71's and all their annoying little problems and crappy gas mileage. My first vehicle ever was a 1995 pre-Tacoma regular cab 4x4 and even though I've had 4 trucks since it, I never felt like I was "home" until I finally got back in a Tacoma after all these years! Don't plan on ever leaving this time! My 2012 takes me back to my '95 everytime I sit in it and drive it, and that's a good thing! It's good to be home...finally!
