    I am currently getting my more fuel efficient car up to saftey standards to pass state inspection and it got to thinking since I think I have to have my truck pass inspections next year... has anyone here ever failed an inspection due to steel plate bumpers?

    I hate these state inspections. Its a sham. My boss's truck failed cause his axle was leaking a little bit and was told it might leak onto the brakes.

    my taco failed after I replaced the ball joints and steering...the tech said my balljoints and steering were worn and could cause a sever accident

    just a dern scam for someone to try to rip you off if you ask me
