The wife not digging this that much seems to be a common theme.

Since the wife is still working I do most everything. Today is project day around the house. Two are done 1 to go. Might even give the Tacoma a washing. :D

Laundry is Sundays and Wednesdays. Clean house on Thursdays. Grocery shop on Sunday. Cook when I need to do it. Finishing up the outside end of summer projects then get ready for my winter projects. This year it will be painting two bathrooms.

This year is different because I need to take my son to and from school. The Beltway could be the quickest way to and from school or the longest depending on traffic. CHART on the Web is my friend.

Dont worry she will be fine. Usually around preschool is when the fire department comes and visits them all and shows off their fire engines. :D

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
I cook breakfast every morning, do the dishes, keep the house straitened up. We have a small family ranch/farm about 40 minutes from home, that's where my dad lives. We usually spend 3-5 hours there everyday, just doing working on whatever needs to be done that day. We usually come home and I prepare dinner. My wife picks up our daughter, so when they get home, we switch, she hangs out with my guy, and I run sis to soccer practice and goalkeeper training nearly every night.

Busy, but at my pace! So if I need a break, I slow down or stop. If I don't want to do anything, I don't. At work I had to give it hell all day for 10-12 hours, crazy stressful!

Now most of my stress is caused by my 70 year old dad, doing too much when I'm not around, or looking over my shoulder and inspecting everything I do when I am around.

Your dad sounds a lot like mine was. When my dad was approaching 65 he would usually ask for help, in his own way, if the job was too much for him to tackle by himself. I sure do miss him and his helpful advice when I ran into problems. There was nothing that man could not fix.

My son likes to fix stuff as well. I overheard him talking to one of his friends when he said my dad can fix anything. Those are moments you cherish.

Oh nice! We arent big on wildland firefighting cause they have BLM and NDF for most of that where we live cause we are a structure department. Then for structures we obviously have thermal imager cameras.
