If any of you guys are into the history of spy planes, black operations, the Nevada test site, etc.. you probably know that these aircraft like the A12 OxCart were flown years before the public or the Air Force even knew about it. Lockheed just announced the existence of the SR-72 (edge of space) reconnaissance/weapons platform, which has actually probably been flying since the late 80's by the CIA or some other agency. They always publicize technology about 30 years later. God knows what they are flying right now.

Quite possibly. it fits the description! And then there's that space drone:

I'm sure we have probably had orbiting weapons platforms for decades now. I read a de-classified document on the CIA FOIA website about about the proposal for a stealth flat-black painted weapons satellite...and that document was from the late 50's. Im sure there are quite a few invisible chunks of orbiting weapons technology up there as we speak....and im sure some of these craft are used to service them or check up on them. They would never bring NASA (in the know) to maintain them. There is no other more advanced leading edge of technology that begins to compare to the engineering of the Black-ops scientists/engineers. :spy: They just give their "old junk" away to the Air Force when it's replaced. Just like the SR-71.

Read about the SR 72 this morning. Mach 6 - holy moley! And it'll be able to engage targets. You get out of the seat after a shift flying that thing, and you'll be younger than you were when you sat down!
