    Story below describes events where police acted on a tip and searched a home but, didn't get a warrant until after it was found criminal activity may be suspected. Judge defies Constitution in ruling.

    This may have been a "one off" event but, IMO, the court ruling opens the door for random fishing expositions and is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

    Makes wonder what would have happened had they not found anything and why judges who legislate from the bench remain employed.
