Ever try Weiser's Red Letter? It's like $150 for a 26 ounce, I can get it for $70. Kinda tempted..

 

Never heard of it but I'd try it. 150 is way out my league but let me know if its good ill drive up there and split a bottle with ya.

 

Sounds good. Cali isn't far anyways. Canada is good at making Whiskey, I realized most people on TW are from USA so they probably don't have the same products down there. Bought a bottle of Crown Royal Cask No. 16 for my Dad for Christmas. $140 got it for $100. He said it was the best he's ever had.

I rarely drink anymore, but when I do it's Woodford Reserve or Evan Williams, neat on rocks.

 

Ya most American whiskey isn't very good, in my opinion. Also Im thinking 150 for you is different for me lol.

 

Beer: Free State Stormchaser IPA if it's in season (it's a summer seasonal from KS) or Green Flash Imperial IPA for all year.

Liquor: I'd like to say one of the $100+ bottles I've bought over the years but I always go back to Laphroaig Quarter Cask Scotch, around $50 a bottle. It's just an amazing Scotch & it doesn't hurt that it doesn't break the bank.

 

Rebecca creek whiskey. My job sponsored a skeet shoot for charity and there were a number of different venders set up all for charity. They got me hooked lol.

Craft beer but I'll drink whatever free

Wild Turkey 101 is my whiskey of choice. Strong with a hint of caramel.

 

Another fan of German beer... specifically Paulaner Oktoberfest Wiesn. Spaten Original Munich Lager and Oktoberfest Marzen, Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen, Hofbrau Oktoberfest Marzen, etc...

I love Lagers and Marzens.

 

Old fashioned with Makers Mark or Knob creek
Woodford reserve on the rocks
Chivas regal/crown and ginger
Gin and tonic with tanqueray rangpur
Gin and cranberry tanqueray rangpur
Tom Collins with Bombay sapphire.

 

Yemen coffee roasted medium dark at home, with a little creamer....yum yum...
