Please note: I want everyone opinion and everyone is welcome to chime in please don't turn this into an argument I value the events that have happened in your life. For instance I have already been moved by hearing from several EMTs about how seat belts were the difference between life and death. Everyone get along and don't make post insulting other peoples opinions or it will be removed.
Everyday I drive I see people with and without seatbelts do you where them?
Does the seatbelt chime of death make you deaf :D?
Do you have a cool 4 or 5 point harness instead of a standard seatbelt?
I want your opinions your stories maybe someones view might change?
I also say this and had to help a buddy out:

    In this thread:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/off-topic-discussion/311823-when-do-you-use-your-turn-signals.html

Also another thing I want to bring up is when I put stuff in the passenger seat (Scuba Tanks, Hunting gear, Drunk friends) the seat belt alarm will go off so I use these everyone ignores expensive features on my truck and only want to know about these and my cup holders in the bed of my truck! :

There is a code to shut the chime off. I had mine off, But it came back when I unplugged the battery.
    Search for it.

Always! I wore my seat belt long before it was the law to do so. I was a Firefighter/Paramedic for many years and it convinced me of the benefit seat belts provide.

found the code to shut the chime off.
I always wear mine. But sometimes I have the dog, or groceries in the passenger seat, and the chime comes on.
    1) Turn the Car 'ON', but do not start the engine (Leave your foot off the brake). Cycle your trip reset knob until it reads ODO. Turn the ignition back off. Wait a couple of seconds.
    2) Make sure seat belt is not fastened
    3) Turn the ignition back on, do not start the car (Leave you foot off the break) As soon as you see everything light up, press and hold the trip reset knob and do a long 12 second count.
    4) Keep your finger on the trip reset knob. Fasten your seat belt, as soon as you fasten your seat belt, you should see the ODO display go from XXXX miles to "b-on". At that time take your finger off the trip reset knob and press it again. It should cycle to "b-off". You should be all set and turn the ignition off and unfasten your seat belt.

The safety features only work ..properly, when you wear your seatbelt. Otherwise your like a pinball in the cab of the truck. So yes I always wear my seatbelt.

I always wear it. Especially for insurance reasons so my family can get the $500K.

I have worn mine every time I have gotten behind the wheel 29 years ago. The one accident I did have 4 years ago, the seatbelt saved my life!

Always. I was initial response to a head on collision...Son was wearing seatbelt, Dad wasn't. Dad did not survive, and God willing the son has grown into an adult now who wears his belt...and makes those with him do the same!

Be safe, it's NOT worth the risk to end up smashing the steering wheel and or skating down the street on your skull.

Always, but I disagree with the wording of the answer... It's not out of fear of anything. It's a safety feature that is built into the truck, it is available, it is not inconvenient, so I use it.
Mama ingrained it into me when I was a kid and the though never occurs to me to NOT fasten it unless I'm just moving the truck a few feet.

I do not wear my helmet when riding my motorcycle in a free state.
I do disagree with this. The vast majority of people go through their entire life without being in a serious accident.

Seatbelt every time, regardless. You don't even ride as a passenger without the seatbelt in my truck. You don't want to wear it? Fine. Get out and walk.
