Not picking on or judging the newer members of the world, just noticing the differences between then and now.

I was thinking about some of the things that have become out-dated in my lifetime so far.

    For instance:
    • My kids will never have to make a collect phone call.
    • What is the significance of the number sequence 18436572.
So I was just wondering, what else will the next generation not have to know?

    The list is very long.

It's a testament to the advances in civilization over the past 100 years...and the rapid advances over the past 50 years, especially in technology.
Capitalism has brought mankind further than one could expect in a short period in history. God Bless America.

How about party lines? Having to wait for 3 of your neighbors to get off of the phone so you can make a call.

the SWAG generation are doomed. Hell, most of my generation are doomed. Their actions have no consequences, they run all over their parents, they think everyone owes them something, and they dress like idiots.

Other than them all being complete jackasses, they'll never have to blow in a video game to get it work or get to use a floppy disk or cd

It is almost like watching a regression in humanity. My grandfather petty much was who I looked up to for with ethic and success. He instilled in me how to be tough.

A fair percentage don't know how to drive a stick. I laugh every time I hear about a carjacking that failed because the perp didn't know how to drive a stick.
