I am a recent addition to the paintball world and I really like it. I am former special ops so at first I would get really frustrated with my "teammates" for playing individually but I have converted a few. Now, we kick ass and take names! It is a lot of fun and relatively safe (we usually have everyone reduce velocity to no higher than 280 fps). Because of my prior military experience I knew that you are only as good as your gear hence, I have dropped $500 on the sport. But, I am pretty tricked out and my gun shoots straight and far. For those who know I have a Tippmann A-5 marker with a Flatlinle barrel system. Don't let me get you in my sights!!

Very nice TacoKing. I have a Tippman 98 with a flatline as well. That barrel is still by far #1.

I accidentally hit my son when fooling around and based on his reaction, for a moment I thought I had fired a real bullet.

Ha, thats priceless. I've caught a few to the face shield and never reacted that way. Kinda funny when you take one to the face shield and you can see it coming in slow mo and actually have time to think aw hell this is gonna suck!
