I used to put my back out at work from lifting pulling crawling and climbing,
but since exercising with kettlebells I've never had a problem again.

Kettlebells are an old Russian invention and are basically a simple solid iron cannonball
with a handle, and simple exercises that are specifically designed for its use.

I started with a really small 8kg and only do a few simple exercises,
and gradually moved up a couple of sizes as I got stronger.

One side effect of kettlebell exercising is that it naturally improved my posture.
Now when I'm at my desk, I sit up straight and don't use the backrest any more.

    It's a freaking miracle! :)

    I stand at a hight of 6' 4" at 239.4 Lbs today.
Had disk problem for 11.6 years, got it removed in 1997.
Feel 10 years younger now, currently 51 years young.
Got my life back, still need to lose more weight.
I was at 265, my back started to hurt again when I weighed this much.

Go see a doc, a good one, eat right, exercise, firm bed, good night sleep, and I hope you feel better soon.

PS: You got to get better, can't go wheeling when your back is all jacked up.
