4wheelparts customer service sucks!

    anyone had issues with them?

    I'm going to start spending my money elsewhere...I've probably spent 3500-4k (lifts, tires, wheels, winch, etc) with them and im just not real happy.

    First I placed an order online and the website froze so I decided to call them and place the order. I called and the customer service rep acted like he hated his job and didn't verify ANYTHING. He was going to send it to my old shipping address and charge my old debit card...I had to ask him where he was going to ship it and what billing method was used. I didn't appreciate the way he was rushing me and talking to me like I was an idiot. BUT the main problem I have is I told him I wanted an email with receipt and invoice and he said he could do that...never got the email, so I called yesterday and told someone else to send me an email of the invoice and tracking number since they said it had been shipped...still no email. I called a few hours ago and said to please send my ANYTHING about my order and still nothing!

    I have nothing showing any kind of receipt or tracking (it has shipped from what they told me) and also the order number they gave me says its invalid.

    This is a usual problem with specialty shops. To bad they dont realize that they're in relativly low skill, low education jobs.

    Also most of them are jeep snobs. As soon as you mention Tacoma their whole attitude changes and not for the better.....

    UPDATE...I called them back AGAIN and requested ANY information regarding my order...invoice, tracking number, ORDER NUMBER...I just want ANYTHING. (I did get an order number but its invalid)

    AND...still nothing...THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! If this wasn't a company I would think I was getting scammed.

    I don't need $500 worth of parts sitting at my front door...I would like to see when its going to arrive so I can get home from work and get it in.
