    It's how they do our performance reviews & raises. Well I did Above Goals on all my targets and got the highest raise in my department for the year ending April 1st.

    So....I think I'm getting hosed this time. My new objectives (my personal...not including departmental objectives)

    Finish MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator) certification I started last year (have 1 more test on the 13th)
    Obtain New Mexico ES3J & ES7 low volatge journeyman's licensing
    Attend training and certification for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
    Atend training and certification for CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate)

    This is ALOT of work for a year I think.

    Do any of your jobs have this kind of goal oriented reviews? I think they blow!
