I'd say yup, but I say leave the decision up to the family (next of kin) of the affected party. I'd also give them the option of the process too. Yes I'm sure the libtards will say "awww poor criminal" but I'm sure they'd be singing a different tune if the crime was committed against someone that they loved.

Is this in relation to the recent mishap in Oklahoma? To the OP. Just curious.

Oh, I'll add that it needs to be proven without doubt so the wrongly convicted aren't punished.

    Nay

Death penalty isn't a deterrent to capital crimes.

States reserve the right until a Constitutional Amendment, but I'd prefer States decide not ethically right or worth the cost.

I'm saying a guilty plea or pure evidence. Yes, I'm sure there are wrongful convictions still but not as many as you might think.

Although their analysis does not include data after 2004, the researchers note that they doubt that the use of DNA identification technology would have much impact on false conviction rates—because DNA evidence is primarily used in cases such as rape rather than homicide. Only about 13 percent of death row exonerations have resulted from DNA testing.

why allow convicted murders to have a painless and safe execution, they should be eliminated the same way they killed, that should make the crime rates go down a bit....

If someone kills in cold blood. They should be put down ASAP. Not 20 years later.. I am sick of the bleeding hearts telling me its inhumane to put a murderer to death. Tell me this was it humane the way the victim was brutally murdered? I have no sympathy for cold blooded killers. As far as I am concerned they gave up their right to live when they chose to take a life..

I think its okay to have but with all the appeals and stuff it cost taxpayers alot more to execute someone than to just let them sit in jail.

I really wish they still had chain gangs and prison farms though, at least while the people were in prison they would be doing something productive.

Even just stamping license plates would be nice.
