    It is not possible to "waste" water. It just evaporates and becomes a cloud, and then turns into rain. Even if you split the H2O molecule it will eventually reform into water. Every day, as chunks of ice fall from space, the amount of water on earth increases. It doesn't evaporate into space (barring astronauts peeing from the ISS, but they aren't supposed to). My favorite use of water is to make whisky. Everything else is a "waste".

    How do they not know the laws? or do they just not give a f*ck?

    First time I was ever pulled over I was 10yo rocking out on my BMX with my Sony Walkman in OC MD. Cop warned me that driving with headphones on was a no no and I was going the wrong direction.

    very true. but it is possible to pollute the unlivable shit out of water. I'm just happy I live at 9000' where the only thing that can ruin my drinking water is bear pee, and that shit is delicious
