    Ive worked on those. Thats why I thought I could do it. Im not kidding when I tell you this. When that spring let go, it blew parts of the POS 15 feet away, and I dove for cover! I have torched off center pins on leaf packs and NEVER seen this kinda shit.

    i remember trying to fix a mile of flat spring on the pull cord mechanism off a pressure washer.. you spend 5 minutes winding it up and then as soon as you go to put it back in it's place... :annoyed:

    I know...I have worked on those pull cords before.....this was somehow different. WAY more spring and under a shitload more tension....:confused:
