Sorry man, I couldn't help myself. You can make fun of hockey and curling if it makes you feel better.

I went 18 years missing only a handful of races on TV. I have been to 8 races, but the sport has become WWE like. I stopped watching it four years ago. I think to an extent it's rigged. The France family has their favorites for sure. Now they're letting Dale Jr win races in hopes of refilling some of those empty seats.

Please tell me that you don't REALLY think it can be rigged? Do you honestly think that 43+ drivers, teams, and crews are all "in on it" to rig the races for more attendance? I know darn good and well that if I owned a team that was doing poorly because the governing authority wanted to rig the races, I would be ALL in the press with tape recordings and documentation of being told to throw a race.

Nope. Can apply to anyone whose parts get unruly.

It's a combination of house renovations, newlywededness, vehicular maintenance, VERY busy work schedule, and general drunkenness.

IMO, not fault on Tony Stewart. Ward should not have gotten out. Plain and simple.

Sorry for the loss of the family. The guy was only 20 something years old. That may have played into it. No one knows for sure.

That being said, racing is a dangerous sport in the car (lots have lost lives in the car eg. Dale Earnhardt, Dan Wheldon) let alone out of it, on a poorly lit track.

Don't flame me for this but: if you're gonna be dumb, you better be tough.

Which in itself is about a 50% improvement, so that's like 20% of a whole good time, multiply by the wife, carry the 1, square root of the remainder, bit-shift for daylight savings, and it's...wow, time for another batch of homebrew!

What the hell are you talking about beavo ?? Lauren was addressing the helmet throwing at a moving vehicle (or any object) & if it was done anywhere on a public highway, if caught , someone is going to jail

The only people who need to be "in on it" is Brian France and the dominant team owner.
