Well, my cell number is from there. I moved the hell out of Cali, so I cant meet him. But I would be willing to give it a shot. 4WD is in SoCal though, and he would probably be up for meeting the guy.

I would be all for a post count minimum before being allowed to use the B/S/T section. There are a ton of first post sale ads, posters come to sell their truck or parts and never contribute or interact with the community, which should be mandatory if you want to get money from the community IMO.

 

Thanks guys, I knew I could count on TW. Right now I'm waiting to see if he contacts me today and I sent him a message through Facebook to see if he will respond. I've documented all of our interactions, his for sale ads and Facebook page that shows he owns the truck in the ad.

 

I agree about the post count minimum, but in this case I confirmed he owned the parts and had them in his possession by comparing it to his craigslist ad. He even sent me a picture of the parts that was different than his craigslist ad.

Hope it all gets sorted. If you don't hear anything or get anything in the alloted time you could try telling him that you'll take legal action, if that will even do anything.

On another note, I agree about the B/S/T requirements. Hard to trust a member who has never had any interaction with the community.
