Might put up a dummy camera. Or maybe buy an infared game camera. They are more in my price range.

The camera I posted earlier I could put inside and its motion activated. And not to bad priced.

Id just get one of those hunting cameras to get a pic if they do break in. or just buy like dummy cameras and hand them in super obvious places

I would install really bright motion detector lights, people usually get scared once the light comes on and it makes them easy to spot at night. We also had good success with dummy cameras...they cost close to nothing.

I put a dummy camera and motion sensing led light above the door of mine. I don't live very near my shop so it would be nice to put in something I can monitor one day.

My house was robbed twice. I looked into what I could do and guess what... if you booby trap your property and a criminal hurts themselves YOU ARE FUCKED. Stupid ass backwards country. I ended up getting a security system and improving the locks. Get deadbolts for all your doors and all outside doors should have welded metal frames.

I have 3 of them. Great little PTZ camera for the money. I use iSpy (freeware) to record on motion sense (plus the cameras also have audio). The wifi on these cameras is actually pretty good and I can position them away from my access points. The infrared is really good, but useless if the camera is behind glass (for that you need a separate emitter).

So far, they have been reliable cameras.
