Click the 3-horizontal bars to the right of the URL box, and increase the percentage of zoom.

Its already at 100%. That was my first thought when this happened. All other sites are displaying fine. Its just TW that is different.

On my browser, I am able to go up to 500%. Can you go any higher than 100%?

Yeah, i can go up to 500 also, but then that throws all other websites off.

In the browser, hit Ctrl-0 (zero) on your keyboard and see what happens

You can also adjust the zoom of each individual tab, which doesn't affect the other tabs or custom setting of Chrome.

This is done by pinching or expanding if using a touch screen, or the CTRL + or - combination.

Perhaps Chrome is remembering your last zoom setting for Tacomaworld?

Thats exactly what is occuring. Not sure what initiated the initial change on the zoom. Even after restarting and closing. Chrome is remembering Tacoma world. All other sites are at 100% and TW was at 25%.

Sorry for this confusion gentlemen. I appreciate the help.
