So writting has always been a strong point of mine. I love to write, and have a very unique style. I have decided to just take an Idea I had and run with it to see what came out. Now I have over 20 pages on microsoft word and no idea what to do with it (if anything).

Basically It just jumps around getting the main plot elements down, with a plan to go in and fill in the gaps. I have met two of my favorite authors, and have thought about bringing my idea to them but am kind of intimidated. I don't usually care what anyone thinks about me or what I do but for some reason this is different.

You've got a dream - run with it!! Go 4 it!!

Keep writing...and keep jotting down your ideas/stories. You won't get anywhere if you don't do it or even try to present the stuff to someone who could make it published for you.

    Good Luck!!

    Cool
The Sun Magazine is a great way to get published if you don't already know about it.
Janster summed it up nicely....keep writing!

Thats awesome, keep it up. At some point you'll find the right way to approach someone. It's great to have a path to try and follow at a young age. Congrats.

Thanks guys, I have always written because I like it and its something I am good at haha. As stephen king puts it "Something like 5% of writers can support themselves and their families with their work". Its not something I would pursue as a career but I do enjoy it and it would be cool to get some recognition. I'm going to send it to my girlfriend in spain bit by bit every day to give her something to look forward to each day and get the first feedback on it
