    Sadly no. I have some issues to work out with the new job + almost 3 weeks left until my last day. Just had a meeting with the new job Tuesday. They want me to sign a non-compete clause and the way it is worded scares the shit out of me. I need to find a lawyer and have them look it over.

    I will hold a position requiring me to gain knowledge of proprietary manufacturing processes.

    The way it is worded it sounds like I wouldn't be able to work within the industry regardless of being on the manufacturing side or the subcontractor who is installing it side. This is my only worry. I don't want anyone having the ability to make me stay somewhere. If I can't work within the industry I'm pretty much screwed. It's not like I can fall back on my criminal justice education :laugh:
