I feel for you younger generation (my kids included)... It seems that getting a job is harder more than ever before. I would not begin to think what i would do if i was in your shoes, But then again everyone has to eat right. Cutting meat is all i know (30+ years)

Well considering the teller at my local bank barely made it through high school.. yeah I figured it was an easy entry job into the world of banking

Unfortunately you're over qualified. Wasn't this discussed a couple weeks ago?

Only reason I joined the military. Had absolutely no clue what I wanted to go to college for. I was lucky enough to get a job that I now love and want to continue to be involved with outside of the military.

You know what was some shit was I missed out on one job because I couldn't go take the job test at the time they set up for me without verifying. Wtf. I didn't know I was supposed to have no life when looking for a job.

I got denied another job because I told them I didn't want to move when the commute would be an hour. They didn't say in the ad or interview that I needed to be within city limits or whatever. I really wanted that job.

Sorry, I meant the conversation about people being overqualified in general and that it makes it hard to get certain jobs. Wasn't specifically aimed at you.
