mine were just inside the rail, but I could of put them on the rail and just used a strap for the back wheel

Looking into ways to do the fork mount... Looks like it might work better... Thanks Boyd

NP.

I got a cheap pair of Delta's from a member here. Nothing special, but they are sturdy and reliable. They have no internal lock that can break over time so if you need a lock you can grab whatever padlock type you want....also why I like them because I have yet to lock mine LOL
