    when we built Live, cell pics weren't very hi-res. ryan's new Galaxy S5 takes some pretty hi-res shots and the Live code was running out of memory trying to process them. I upped the memory it's allowed to use and now they work fine.

    How long does it take for the image to process to your album? I've tried twice using fat, once with mms and once with email, but can't see it in my album.
