Have dealt with several HOA's in my area over very similar issues...won every time. Usually some damn busy body b*tch that just likes to throw their "power" around because they're "president" or whatever. If the guy fights this, he's probably got a good shot at winning (esp. if they can get a jury trial out of it).

 

So what's next? Tellin people what color car they can own or what kind or another group telling you what mods are allowed. Bullshit!


My yard is mowed, my house is painted, all shit is within code so FUCK OFF about my truck is the proper answer. YOU are not COA (car owners association) so step the fuck back & lick ball sweat!
