    It looks like the tire comes back off the rim at the end. Was this just a neat trick he was showing off or was it supposed to actually make the truck drivable again?

    Either way... pretty cool trick.

    i have never seen that work with WD-40 however either works real well as long as you don't use too much

    they "deflammabalized" WD-40 quite a bit. was wickedly falmmable when i was a kid.

    I thought they used lighter fluid or ether (starting fluid for diesels?). Its supposed to reseat the bead nice and quickly so you can fill it up with air again.

    My luck...I'd have a freak accident occur while trying to do that.

    I've had better luck with ratchet straps & onboard air. ;)

    You could probably get the same affect from using White Rain hairspray (laugh). I remember using that stuff in a friends potatoe canon.

    I've seen it a few times. Usually with a flammable brake cleaner. ATV tires are easy.

    if it cools and backs it off couldnt you just have your air supply hooked up and running air into it at the same time that way when the bead seeds air will be going into it to prevent it from unseeding? curious...
